Every time I visit a local pound, I am haunted by the faces, those beautiful grey muzzles and hopeful eyes, that I must leave behind. I hold on tight to the one or two lives I managed to save from death's door, but it Every night I dream of a safe haven for those faces, and with each day and each donation, we get closer to being able to save more of the older dogs and cats that have no where else to go. We have located an excellent spot for a sanctuary, but we need to raise the funds to buy the land. It's beautiful, it's serene... it's heaven.
